Weaver conditionally pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) after police found a stolen firearm in the trunk of the car he was driving. He appeals the district courts refusal to suppress evidence relating to the firearm and his sentence. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
